It brings us great joy to announce that Element Mining and Construction Oy has once again been awarded the prestigious Future Workplaces certificate!

The certification is awarded to companies that prioritise a culture centered on understanding and supporting their employees. Over the past year, we have focused on the valuable insights received from our employees, which were highlighted in the 2022 Siqni employee satisfaction survey. This resulted in not only maintaining our certification, but also achieving 100% response again and improving our Siqni index compared to the last year.
