Highlights from WAMPEX 2026
From 3-5 June, Element joined thousands of industry leaders and professionals at WAMPEX 2026, West Africa’s leading mining exhibition. Across three days at our stand, 2C14-H09 in Hall 2, with many meaningful conversations, we realized that the mining industry in West Africa is moving fast, and the demand for reliable, high-performance solutions has never been stronger.
We were honored to welcome mining engineers, industry leaders, and operators from across West Africa to our stand, alongside representatives from the Chamber of Mining and other governmental organizations. Their presence reinforced just how important WAMPEX has become as a meeting point for the industry’s key stakeholders.
Our Meaningful Conversations
What stood out the most this year were the conversations themselves. Industry leaders walked us through the operational challenges they are facing daily in local mines, from equipment wear in harsh conditions to the constant pressure to minimize downtime.
These discussions matter to us the most because they shape how Element develops and refines our solutions to suit our clients’ needs in this region, and we are looking forward to turning many of these conversations into real projects that support the long-term growth of our partners’ operations.

“If there is one phrase that best describes WAMPEX 2026, it would be ‘Meaningful Engagement’.”
– Mitchell Epton, Sales Manager, Ghana

What We Showcased
Our slurry handling solutions were a major draw throughout the event, particularly our portfolio of high-chrome white cast iron wet-end parts.
Built to deliver operational performance similar to or exceeding that of OEM parts, these components are engineered specifically for the abrasive, high-demand environments typical of West African mining operations.
Thank You for Joining Us
WAMPEX also gave us the chance to strengthen relationships with our local dealer in Ghana, Servaco, and to connect with new potential partners across the region. A sincere thank you to everyone who visited our stand, shared their challenges, and took time to explore our solutions with us. To the operators, engineers, government representatives, and partners who made WAMPEX 2026 even more productive and meaningful, we are grateful for your time and your trust.
If you were unable to connect with us at the event, our local sales team in Ghana, Michell Epton and Nathan Andoh, is ready to discuss how Element’s offerings can support your operation’s efficiency.
We look forward to seeing you at WAMPEX 2027.
