2025 Wrapped News

At the beginning of every year, Element holds an annual meeting with the aim of looking back at the year that has passed and setting the tone for what we plan to achieve in the year ahead. This year, on February 16th, our All-Company Meeting brought together every function at Element, with each team sharing the results, insights, and lessons that defined 2025, alongside the strategic priorities that will guide us through 2026.

The meeting gave us a clear picture of a year where ambition and dedication met execution: we opened new markets, welcomed new colleagues to the team, and launched an entirely new business line.

2025 in Numbers

A few remarkable figures capture just how much we’ve grown:

  • 2,325 new products added to our portfolio: 1,500 in Slurry Handling, 500 in Crushing, and 325 in Filtration
  • Presence expanded to 40 countries worldwide
  • 36 expert dealer partners are now strengthening our network across mining and aggregates sites
  • 10 new colleagues joined our international team across Europe and Africa
  • Dozens of successful trials converted into re-orders and long-term partnerships

We Make Our Footprint Even Bigger

Reaching 40 countries is the result of deliberate, sustained groundwork where we always keep our commitment: build trust relationships site by site, region by region. Supporting that growth is a dealer network now with 36 strong partners, closer to the customers who rely on us. Together, this broader footprint and deeper network mean faster response time, more local expertise, and a stronger foundation for the markets we are only beginning to enter.

Our Newest Business Line – Filtration

2025 marked the official launch of Filtration as Element’s newest business line. We call it Year 0, the foundation year on which everything else will be built.

325 items for Metso models were added to our portfolio, spanning VPA (models VPA15 and VPA20), FFP (models FFP2512 and FFP3512), and Larox PF (PF 1.6 Series and PF 60 Series).

Even more encouraging, the first successful sales were achieved. Year 0 is done. Year 1 is starting now.
