As we blow out the candles on another fantastic year, we’re thrilled to reflect on the remarkable transformations and successes that have shaped Element Mining and Construction Oy.

Let’s take a year-long-journey through some the milestones:

1. Business geographical expansion

• We’ve broadened our horizons by establishing a presence in South Africa through local entity. 

• Beyond South Africa, our network has expanded with key distributor agreements in Central and Southeastern Asia, India and Peru. 

• Participated to nine major industry exhibitions. 

• Successful new trials turning into steady flow of deliveries to a several new customers in new countries on both aggregates and mining industry.

2. Team

• Our family has grown! We’ve welcomed 9 talented individuals to our team, each bringing unique skills and perspectives to enhance our collective strength.

• Based on the 2023 Siqni employee survey, we’re delighted to report a higher overall year on year satisfaction rate. For the second consecutive year, we proudly received the Future Workplaces certificate. 

3. Supply Chain Efficiency

• Throughout the year, we’ve diligently worked on optimizing our supply chain. By relocating production facilities closer to our warehouses and customers, we’re enhancing delivery efficiency and reducing our carbon footprint. 

As we embark on our 8th year, we’re fueled by the past year’s successes and excited about the journey ahead. We extend our heartfelt thanks to our incredible team, loyal customers, and valued partners who have been integral to our progress.
