On the 26th of October, we celebrate quite a milestone — 8 years of Element! Our journey so far has been filled with growth and challenges, and we want to take a moment to reflect over the past year.

Yearly Highlights:

1. Expanded our reach into new markets in Africa and Europe
2. Started trials of new product groups, about which we will soon announce!
3. We modernised our operations system and the way of working with warehouses
4. Our team has grown and now it’s 31 of us in the company
5. Significant financial growth in our Mining sector, along with stronger dealer partnerships allowed us to scale our operations.
6. Participated in 8 exhibitions throughout the year, and 2 more to come!

None of these successes would have been possible without the incredible efforts from each department. From product development to sales service, and everything in between, our team’s contributions have played a key role in getting us to where we are today. As we look toward the future, the work we are doing today is laying the foundation for some exciting, far-reaching goals.

In 2025, we aim to further expand into Africa, Central Asia, Southeast Asia, enhance our operations and logistics, and continue our focus on product quality and development. All this being done with our newly established company structure of the Finnish mother company, alongside with the Portuguese and South African daughter companies, all working in harmony with each other.
