Our portfolio of crusher parts features two proprietary advanced technologies:
- THOR – Element’s own metallurgical technology for modifying the structure of manganese steel, applied to cone crusher liners for extended service life and enhanced performance under high-impact conditions.
- Element TiC – Crusher liners reinforced with titanium carbide inserts, available for both jaw and cone crushers.
- Our slurry handling solutions include both high-chrome white cast iron and synthetic rubber wet-end parts engineered for durability across a wide range of abrasive and chemically aggressive slurry environments, covering medium-duty, heavy-duty, mill discharge, tailings, and other pump types compatible with leading industry brands.
