In December, we revealed the main results of our internal employee survey by Siqni company. With a 100% response rate, we have received a stunning result! According to the results, the average satisfaction rate among employees is 81%, and 79% of all respondents rated working at Element Mining and Construction Oy as the best experience in their work career! Moreover, our employees highlighted fair salary, work-life balance, ability to make independent decisions, opportunities for career development, and strong camaraderie at work as the most significant factors. The survey results will assist us in prioritizing development initiatives effectively and focusing on improving what matters most to our staff.

The outstanding survey results helped us be verified as “Future Workplaces” and be recognized as a company with an extraordinary employee experience.

The certification is given only to workplaces with a minimum level of 80 Signi index. Signi index consists of the eNPS (employee net-promoter score) and Liekki index (the average of the most significant factors realized at the workplace). These measures are commensurate with each other to form the Signi index. We are proud to share that we reached the index of 82!
